We're looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer (with Tosca) to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland in a hybrid working mode.

In this role, you will support the Wealth Management IT department by maintaining and evolving banking systems with a focus on functional and automated testing for the CRM Account Management product. You will improve test automation coverage, execution efficiency and reporting in an Agile and CI/CD-oriented environment, ensuring quality, security and compliance with business and regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with the Product Owner and stakeholders across development, QA, production and service management.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain automated test cases for components within scope
  • Use and optimize test automation frameworks such as Tosca, Playwright and in-house tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal conditions for test execution
  • Provide testing support and expertise to internal and external stakeholders as needed
  • Document test cases and execution results and produce automated testing reports
  • Execute test campaigns, analyze results and manage the defect lifecycle
  • Support production deployments and contribute to Go/No Go decisions
  • Participate in testing-related meetings, communities of practice and cross-team initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience in test automation with Tosca
  • Experience with additional tools like Playwright, JUnit or Mockito
  • Knowledge of technologies such as Kafka, JWT or OpenShift
  • Familiarity with MongoDB
  • Proficiency with IntelliJ, Git, Jenkins, Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • A strong commitment to quality, efficiency and structured processes
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Experience in the banking industry
  • ISTQB certification (obtained or in progress)
  • Fluency in French
