Lead DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to build an enterprise secure access platform spanning multiple organizations, using modern cloud networking, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps. You will implement and operate the HashiCorp Boundary platform, partnering with platform engineers and applying AI-assisted engineering to delivery and operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement HashiCorp Boundary controllers, workers, and access model
• Build Terraform/Terragrunt infrastructure to support the platform
• Configure AWS-Azure networking for secure platform connectivity
• Integrate Entra ID / Active Directory for identity and access
• Enhance CI/CD automation and operational tooling
• Lead DevSecOps, security, and compliance improvements
• Document implementation patterns and operational procedures
• Champion AI-assisted engineering practices across the team
• Deliver a production-ready Boundary platform
• Establish secure AWS-Azure connectivity
• Support enterprise adoption through automation and documentation

Requirements

• Proven track record with 5+ years of software, platform, or infrastructure engineering experience
• Hands-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Terragrunt
• Strong knowledge of AWS Networking (Cloud WAN, Transit Gateway, Network Firewall) and Azure Networking
• Practical familiarity with HashiCorp Boundary or comparable enterprise access platforms
• Solid experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
• Working proficiency with Python, Linux, and Docker
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps practices, including SAST, SCA, and Secrets Management
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain CI/CD automation
• Clear examples of technical leadership, mentoring, ownership, and collaboration
• Daily use of Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot in engineering workflows
• Good understanding of AI-assisted software development, prompt engineering, and LLM fundamentals
• Experience integrating AI into engineering workflows
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID OIDC and ExpressRoute
• Knowledge of Enterprise PAM / Zero Trust platforms
• Experience with GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with MCP servers and AI automation tooling
