We are looking for a JavaScript Full-Stack Developer to contribute to features, maintenance, and security upgrades across multiple learning-focused web products. You will work on tasks ranging from framework upgrades to search and CMS integrations, collaborating closely with the team to maintain high quality.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to feature work and bug fixes across multiple web products
  • Support Next.js framework upgrades with minimal disruption to content operations
  • Address security findings, including dependency vulnerabilities and portfolio assessment actions
  • Maintain and extend CMS schema definitions and content model configurations
  • Support dual search module configuration, including index management and relevance tuning
  • Implement SQS-based CDN invalidation patterns and asynchronous workflows under guidance
  • Maintain asset integration and transformation configurations
  • Write and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests to meet coverage gates
  • Participate in code reviews and follow engineering standards
  • Collaborate with the team to refine stories ahead of sprint planning
  • Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development, then validate output for correctness and security

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-stack JavaScript experience with Node.js and TypeScript
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver them with quality
  • Solid project execution skills, with willingness to support framework upgrades
  • Hands-on Next.js experience, including familiarity with Pages Router
  • Practical React experience in modern production applications
  • Good understanding of secure coding practices and dependency vulnerability remediation
  • Good testing skills across unit, integration, and E2E levels with coverage targets
  • Collaboration skills for story refinement, code reviews, and shared standards
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B1+) for daily communication and documentation

Nice to have

  • Experience with Sanity CMS schema and content modeling
  • Exposure to Algolia index management and relevance tuning
  • Experience with AWS ECS, SQS, and Secrets Manager
  • Knowledge of Cloudinary transformations and delivery patterns
  • Familiarity with GitLab CI and Cypress test automation
