Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer to strengthen cloud automation and delivery workflows across multiple environments. You will improve infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and platform reliability while partnering with security and engineering peers.

Responsibilities

• Design infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes to support platform modernization
• Build deep understanding of existing build and deployment pipelines to identify gaps and improvements
• Maintain and evolve automation architecture to enable consistent delivery across environments
• Ensure system reliability and scalability through proactive monitoring and performance optimization
• Support platform and capability deployments across environments and resolve delivery issues
• Troubleshoot pipeline, infrastructure, and deployment failures and implement durable fixes
• Coordinate with the cybersecurity team to meet security and compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and engineering standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code development and maintenance
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization platforms
• Hands-on experience with Podman and container tooling
• Networking knowledge with a focus on containerized workloads
• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate

• Experience with Helm for Kubernetes application packaging
• Experience with Azure Pipelines and GitHub Actions
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
• Experience with Argo for delivery workflows
