Lead AI Platform Engineer

We are looking for a Lead AI Platform Engineer to build an enterprise AI platform that connects users with AI agents, workflows, and core systems through secure, scalable integrations. You will lead hands-on delivery of Azure-hosted agent solutions, middleware, and evaluation loops while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AI solutions on Microsoft Azure to support agent-based experiences
• Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems using Model Context Protocol patterns
• Develop middleware services and APIs that connect applications to AI platforms
• Implement secure integration patterns aligned with enterprise authentication and security standards
• Create agent capabilities using modern AI agent development approaches and tooling
• Build evaluation frameworks, feedback loops, and automation to improve agent quality
• Deploy and operate cloud-native workloads on Azure with reliability and scalability in mind
• Partner with architects, platform teams, security teams, and product stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions
• Lead technical decisions, review code, and enforce engineering quality standards
• Coach and mentor engineers to raise team capability and delivery throughput

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience designing and delivering distributed systems
• Lead-level ownership and mentoring experience in delivery teams
• Strong project execution skills in fast-changing requirements
• Advanced Python skills for production services and automation
• Strong Microsoft Azure skills for cloud-native solution delivery
• Strong integration skills across APIs, middleware, and orchestration layers
• Strong security knowledge covering authentication and enterprise integration patterns
• Excellent communication skills with senior technical stakeholders
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) proficiency, both written and spoken

• Kubernetes experience for running and scaling containerized workloads
• Containers & Orchestration platforms experience in enterprise environments
• APIs and Integration experience across complex enterprise systems
• Microsoft Agent Framework experience for building agent solutions
• Terraform Cloud experience for infrastructure automation and governance
