Senior AI Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to design and deliver Azure-based AI solutions that connect agent experiences with enterprise systems through secure integrations and middleware. You will own end-to-end delivery, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and help raise engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft ecosystem services on Azure
• Build agent-to-agent and agent-to-system integrations using Model Context Protocol patterns
• Develop APIs, middleware services, and orchestration layers that connect applications to agent experiences
• Implement secure and scalable integration patterns aligned with enterprise authentication standards
• Create agent capabilities using modern AI platforms and AI agents development approaches
• Build evaluation frameworks, feedback loops, and automation to improve agent accuracy and user experience
• Deliver cloud-native components on Azure with reliability and operational readiness
• Partner with architects, platform teams, security teams, and product stakeholders to ship production features
• Coach junior engineers and provide hands-on technical leadership within the delivery team
• Adapt quickly to changing requirements while maintaining engineering quality and delivery speed

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Hands-on leadership experience mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions
• Strong project ownership skills delivering production-ready capabilities in fast-paced environments
• Advanced Python development skills for building services and automation
• Microsoft Azure skills for cloud-native application development and operations
• Deep integration architecture knowledge for distributed systems and enterprise connectivity
• Security knowledge covering authentication, authorization, and secure integration patterns
• Strong communication skills collaborating with senior technical stakeholders
• Collaboration skills in highly cross-functional engineering teams
• English proficiency at B2 Upper-Intermediate level

• APIs and Integration experience across enterprise systems
• Containers & Orchestration platforms experience, including Kubernetes
• Infrastructure and platform engineering experience for cloud-native environments
• Microsoft Agent 365 or Microsoft Agent Framework experience
• Terraform Cloud experience for infrastructure provisioning and governance
