Senior AI Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to design and deliver scalable AI agent solutions, integrations, and middleware services on Microsoft Azure. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, lead by example through hands-on engineering, and help evolve enterprise-grade agent ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems using Model Context Protocol patterns
• Develop services, APIs, and orchestration layers that connect applications to agent experiences
• Implement secure, scalable integration patterns aligned with enterprise authentication standards
• Create and extend AI agent capabilities using modern Microsoft agent technologies
• Build feedback loops, evaluation frameworks, and automation to improve agent quality
• Develop and maintain Azure-hosted cloud-native workloads
• Partner with architects, platform teams, security teams, and product stakeholders to ship production capabilities
• Coach junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the delivery team
• Adapt to changing requirements and execute quickly while maintaining engineering quality

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong project ownership skills driving solutions from ambiguity to delivery
• Advanced Python development skills for production systems
• Strong Microsoft Azure experience building cloud-native services
• Hands-on API and middleware development experience for enterprise integrations
• Strong security and authentication knowledge for enterprise integration patterns
• Strong communication skills working with senior technical stakeholders
• Collaborative teamwork skills in fast-paced engineering environments
• Availability skills to support significant overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
• English proficiency level B2 (Upper-Intermediate)

• Containers & Orchestration platforms experience for cloud-native deployments
• Kubernetes experience operating production workloads
• Microsoft Agent 365 experience building enterprise agent experiences
