Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to deliver intelligent solutions using the Databricks Data Lake. You will develop Gen AI and RAG applications, refine prompts for stronger outputs, and partner with the team to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build Gen AI applications that enable predictive analytics and gap analysis scenarios
• Design and deliver RAG applications to strengthen data retrieval and generation capabilities
• Apply prompt engineering methods to improve model performance and output quality
• Manage and process large-scale datasets using Databricks Datalake
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with business requirements
• Communicate technical concepts and project progress clearly in English

Requirements

• Proven experience of 3+ years in Gen AI Application Development, Prompt Engineering, and RAG Applications Development
• Hands-on experience working with Databricks Datalake
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
