Lead Software Engineer - .NET/Azure/React, AI Native

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to drive AI-native full-stack delivery with .NET, Microsoft Azure, and React. You will own solution architecture, guide a team through estimation, build and release, and implement AI SDLC and agentic solutions with Microsoft tools—apply today.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end full stack solutions using .NET, Azure and React
• Drive technical execution of user stories from estimation to implementation and deployment
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Create solution documentation and other technical artifacts to support design and development
• Lead and mentor engineers across the software development lifecycle
• Embed AI-native practices into the software development lifecycle
• Deliver agentic solutions using Microsoft AI tools
• Build and support backend systems, including SQL-based data solutions
• Apply Microsoft Azure services such as Functions and Durable Functions for cloud-based solutions

Requirements

• Extensive experience of 9+ years in full stack engineering with .NET, Azure and React
• Solid background in backend development with SQL
• Strong capability in architectural design and solution planning
• Leadership experience with teams plus stakeholder communication across the development process
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Functions and Durable Functions
• Familiarity with AI SDLC practices
• Experience with agentic solution implementation using Microsoft tools

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge of the Insurance value chain from submission through policy issuance, including quoting and binding
• Awareness of specialty products in Excess lines such as Excess Casualty, Professional Liability, Medical Liability, Products and Contractors
• Experience related to Actuarial reserving
