Business Development Manager

CZR Exchange is a next-generation crypto exchange built for performance, transparency, and community. We’re a team of operators, builders, and crypto natives, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help us scale to the next level.

This role is all about growth. As our Business Development Manager, you’ll lead strategic partnerships, drive user acquisition, and help expand CZR’s footprint across the crypto ecosystem. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to build high-value relationships with trading firms, protocols, market makers, projects, influencers, and communities. If you’re the kind of person who thrives on momentum, knows how to navigate the fast-paced world of Web3, and loves closing high-impact deals, we want to hear from you.

Your day-to-day will include sourcing and executing new partnership opportunities, managing the pipeline for token listings and liquidity providers, and driving high-conviction BD campaigns. You’ll collaborate across marketing, product, and operations, and you’ll be a public-facing voice for CZR in conversations online and at crypto events. That includes being active on Twitter/X—we’re looking for someone already plugged into the ecosystem. You must have an active Twitter account and presence in the crypto community.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience in crypto or tech business development, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of building successful partnerships. You should have a deep understanding of the current crypto landscape—from DeFi and DAOs to exchanges and narrative-driven growth. Bonus points for multilingual ability or experience working in trading or investment platforms.
