As we expand globally, we’re looking for a dedicated Affiliate Manager to lead our affiliate marketing strategy and drive user acquisition through high-impact partnerships.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Affiliate Manager to build, manage, and grow CZR Exchange’s affiliate program. You’ll play a key role in scaling our user base by recruiting and activating high-performing affiliates, influencers, and referral partners across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Ownership

• Design and implement CZR Exchange’s affiliate and referral program from the ground up.
• Develop commission structures, promotional assets, and onboarding flows.

Partner Acquisition & Management

• Source, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and KOLs in the crypto space.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term success.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Track KPIs such as sign-ups, conversions, trading volume, and ROI.
• Use data to improve campaign efficiency, optimize offers, and reduce acquisition costs.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing, community, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance to ensure all affiliate activity meets regulatory standards.

Creative Strategy & Execution

• Provide partners with marketing materials, campaign ideas, and performance insights.
• Test new channels and partnership models to expand affiliate reach.

Nice to Have

• Experience launching affiliate programs in emerging markets (e.g. SEA, LATAM, Africa)
• Understanding of crypto trading products, referral systems, and user behavior
• Ability to manage affiliate events, webinars, and community campaigns
