Senior C++ Tools & Automation Engineer

We are looking for a Senior C++ Engineer to build and improve tooling and automation that boosts developer efficiency across game development pipelines. You will integrate solutions into existing tools and CI workflows, debug complex C++/C# issues, and help shape the technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools and solutions for repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
• Maintain and enhance automation tools, frameworks, and solutions across multiple game titles
• Integrate new solutions with existing tools and development pipelines
• Integrate automation and tooling into CI systems and troubleshoot pipeline failures
• Debug C++ and C# automation code to find root causes and fix issues
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Contribute to the overall technical vision and engineering direction of the team

Requirements

• 3+ years of tools and automation development experience in desktop or console gaming environments or similar roles
• Senior-level ability to contribute to team technical vision and influence engineering direction
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Expert C++ and C# debugging skills to identify root causes and deliver fixes
• Strong CI/build systems knowledge and experience integrating automation with CI systems
• Solid command line tools familiarity with at least one CLI such as Cmd or PowerShell
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work
• Strong ownership and responsibility mindset in day-to-day delivery
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for effective spoken and written collaboration

• Unreal Engine experience in game development and automation
• Python knowledge for scripting and tooling
