Senior DevOps & AI Automation Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Senior DevOps & AI Automation Engineer with strong CI/CD, AI automation, and Agentic AI expertise.

In this role, you will lead the replatforming from OpenShift to Kubernetes and migrate CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to Azure DevOps, leveraging AI Agents, GitHub Copilot, and Agentic AI frameworks to drive intelligent automation and cost-efficient AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Replatform infrastructure setup from OpenShift to Kubernetes
• Migrate CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to Azure DevOps using AI-driven automation
• Design and implement scalable AI workflows for pipeline migration, remediation, and validation
• Leverage AI Agents, GitHub Copilot, and Agentic AI frameworks to accelerate DevOps operations
• Ensure efficient token usage and optimize LLM/API costs across automation workflows
• Develop intelligent automation solutions for operations, monitoring, and remediation
• Build and maintain Python-based automation scripts to support pipeline and infrastructure tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI-enabled DevOps practices with business goals
• Establish best practices for prompt design, model usage, and AI workflow orchestration

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps
• Strong CI/CD experience, including hands-on work with Jenkins
• Proficiency in Python automation and scripting
• Expertise in Kubernetes and Terraform
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development
• Background in AI Agents and Agentic AI frameworks
• Skills in token optimization and AI/LLM cost optimization
• Competency in designing efficient LLM prompts, workflows, and model usage
• Knowledge of Git, YAML, and Bash/PowerShell
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

• Background in Azure Cloud and IaC (Terraform)
• Understanding of GenAI, LLMs, and RAG
• Skills in Prompt Engineering
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
