Senior C++ Tools and Automation Engineer

We are looking for a Senior C++ Tools and Automation Engineer to build and improve automation solutions that increase developer efficiency across game development pipelines. You will integrate tooling with CI systems, debug C++/C# issues, and shape the technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools and automation solutions for repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
• Maintain and improve automation tools, frameworks, and solutions across multiple titles
• Debug C++ and C# automation code to identify root causes and implement fixes
• Integrate new solutions with existing tools and pipelines
• Integrate automation solutions into CI systems and debug related issues
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Contribute to the team’s overall technical vision

Requirements

• 3+ years tools and automation development experience in desktop or console gaming environments or a similar role
• Unreal Engine experience with game development plus CI/build systems
• Leadership ability to contribute to the technical vision of the team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Expert debugging skills in C++ and C#
• Strong version control principles knowledge, ideally with Perforce experience
• Strong ownership and responsibility mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• English proficiency level B2 Upper-Intermediate
