We are looking for a Lead Security Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable security controls across multi-cloud and core infrastructure. You will drive automation and secure delivery practices that reduce risk and friction for engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design security controls to prevent, detect, and respond to threats across cloud and infrastructure environments
  • Own security platforms end-to-end to ensure reliability, scalability, and measurable security outcomes
  • Implement cloud security controls across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
  • Build automation and security tooling to reduce risk and streamline engineering workflows
  • Integrate security into CI/CD with supply chain safeguards, secrets management, and pipeline governance
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code and Policy as Code to standardize and enforce security requirements
  • Improve monitoring, alerting, documentation, and self-service capabilities using DevOps practices
  • Partner with Security Operations, engineers, and vendors to strengthen security posture
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, automation, and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in security engineering, platform engineering, or related roles
  • Proven leadership experience owning security platforms end-to-end and guiding technical direction
  • Strong project delivery skills coordinating cross-functional work and measurable security outcomes
  • Hands-on cloud experience with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
  • Strong Infrastructure security knowledge across cloud, network, identity, endpoint, data, and software supply chain domains
  • Proficient programming skills in Python
  • Strong operational skills in monitoring, alerting, incident response, and continuous improvement
  • Strong networking knowledge and secure systems design fundamentals
  • Practical automation skills using CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Policy as Code practices
  • Strong Windows and Linux administration knowledge
  • Effective communication skills to partner with engineering teams and security operations
  • English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate
