We are seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to drive observability outcomes by designing and delivering a Dynatrace dashboard that unifies business and operational KPIs for senior stakeholders. You will lead telemetry integration across distributed systems, partner closely with stakeholders, and ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of a Dynatrace dashboard aligned to strategic business and operational KPIs
  • Conduct interviews with client stakeholders to capture goals, KPI definitions, and reporting expectations
  • Define the telemetry strategy to ensure end-to-end visibility across web applications and microservices
  • Integrate new event tracking signals to expand real-time observability coverage
  • Troubleshoot data accuracy, gaps, and reliability issues impacting dashboards in distributed environments
  • Optimize Dynatrace configurations to keep dashboards aligned with evolving KPI needs
  • Coordinate with a small agile engineering team and client managers to align delivery milestones
  • Identify project blockers early and drive resolution to protect timelines and scope
  • Translate analyst and product owner input into actionable monitoring solutions that support product validation
  • Validate dashboard outputs with stakeholders and iterate based on feedback and usage patterns
  • Document dashboard design decisions, data sources, and operational runbooks for ongoing maintenance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Site Reliability Engineering experience with distributed systems
  • 5+ years of observability platform experience, including Dynatrace
  • Proven leadership experience leading implementation work and guiding stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments
  • Hands-on monitoring implementation and maintenance experience across complex services
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for observability gaps and data quality issues
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose root causes affecting monitoring accuracy
  • Agile delivery experience working in small, cross-functional teams
  • Clear communication skills to translate requirements into actionable monitoring solutions
  • English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating observability signals from AWS services such as CloudWatch
  • Experience working with analytics platforms such as Databricks
  • Experience building VP-level KPI reporting dashboards for business stakeholders
