Lead/Senior Software Developer - .NET
We are seeking an experienced Lead/Senior Software Developer specializing in .NET to join our team.
In this role, you will design and build robust application-layer components and reusable platform services, collaborating closely with architects and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions for embedded and PC-based systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop application-layer components using C# and .NET Core
- Build reusable platform services for multiple product variants
- Work with architects and layer leads across hardware abstraction, middleware, application, and presentation layers
- Implement clean, maintainable, and scalable code using design patterns
- Handle data streams from middleware and transform them into business/application outputs
- Contribute to greenfield platform architecture and implementation
- Support software deployment models for embedded Linux devices and PC-based systems
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, debugging, and release activities
Requirements
- 5-15 years of general IT experience, including 5+ years of experience in C# and .NET Core
- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID, and design patterns
- Experience in greenfield product development
- Experience contributing to a full product release
- Good understanding of layered architecture and modular design
- Experience with multithreading, async programming, and performance-sensitive applications
- Strong debugging and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with embedded systems or Linux-based devices
- Experience with PC-based software products
- Exposure to industrial automation, medical devices, robotics, or imaging systems
- Experience with signal processing, image processing, or data acquisition systems
- Knowledge of microservice-based or service-oriented architecture
- Experience with software packaging, firmware upgrades, EXE/MSI installers, or device upgrade workflows
