Senior Software Engineer - .NET with Azure

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET and Azure to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable solutions while leveraging your deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies and cloud services to drive innovation and deliver high-quality software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C# and .NET
• Build and deploy serverless solutions leveraging Azure Functions
• Develop and optimize database objects, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers using T-SQL
• Perform query optimization and analyze execution plans to enhance database performance
• Manage and configure Microsoft SQL Server environments, including SQL Server Agent jobs and Transactional Replication
• Implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability
• Automate operational tasks and deployments using PowerShell scripting
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Provide technical mentorship and conduct code reviews to uphold engineering best practices

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in C# and .NET fundamentals
• Expertise in Azure Functions and Azure SQL Managed Instance
• Strong background in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers)
• Skills in query optimization and execution plan analysis
• Knowledge of Transactional Replication, Backup & Recovery, and SQL Server Agent
• Competency in PowerShell scripting for automation
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and GitHub Actions
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

• Exposure to Azure services such as AKS
• Understanding of Azure Networking
