Senior Python Test Automation Engineer with AI

Responsibilities

• Design reusable automation frameworks, utilities, and scripts to validate security remediations across applications, APIs, cloud services, and infrastructure
• Develop automated checks for security, API, integration, configuration, and technical validation to verify remediation effectiveness
• Leverage AI-powered tools and agents to accelerate test design, generation, maintenance, impact analysis, triage, and reporting
• Review vulnerability findings from SAST, DAST, SCA, container, secrets, and infrastructure scans and automate validation where feasible
• Analyze remediation changes and translate requirements into automated validation solutions with Security Engineers, Developers, and Architects
• Build utilities for log analysis, evidence collection, data validation, and remediation verification
• Troubleshoot automation failures, maintain framework reliability, and improve execution efficiency
• Evaluate AI-assisted testing approaches such as test case generation, intelligent regression selection, code analysis, and optimization
• Support onboarding of applications by assessing existing automation assets and identifying reusable coverage
• Contribute to automation standards, coding practices, reusable libraries, and QA engineering best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Python test automation engineering
• Hands-on experience with AI agent development and Gen AI in test automation
• Strong leadership skills to collaborate with Security Engineers, Developers, and Architects
• Proven project experience designing and maintaining reusable test automation frameworks and utilities
• Solid hard skills in API test automation and web service validation
• Strong hard skills in Python testing frameworks (Pytest, Robot Framework)
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes), networking, VPCs, and security groups
• Strong hard skills reviewing vulnerability findings from SAST, DAST, SCA, container, secrets, and infrastructure scanning tools
• Solid hard skills in CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and version control (Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps)
• Strong analytical skills to analyze execution results, troubleshoot failures, and maintain reliable automation assets
• Clear communication skills to provide evidence and reporting for vulnerability closure and audit requirements
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Strong soft skills to work effectively across functional, security, and engineering teams

• Agentic AI workflows and multi-agent orchestration
• LLM integration using OpenAI
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations
