Senior Software Engineer- UI/UX Frontend

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (UI/UX Frontend) with 5+ years of experience designing and developing responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating intuitive user experiences and possesses deep expertise in modern front-end technologies, component-based architecture, and responsive UI development.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Back-End Engineers, and QA teams in an Agile environment to transform design concepts into production-ready applications. The role involves developing reusable UI components, implementing design systems, integrating backend APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring accessibility, security, and maintainability while following engineering best practices.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end applications using modern web technologies.

• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces.

• Build and maintain reusable component libraries and design systems to improve development efficiency and consistency.

• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Integrate RESTful APIs and authentication mechanisms with front-end applications.

• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Drive engineering excellence through clean code, peer reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design discussions and architecture decisions.

• Continuously evaluate and adopt modern front-end technologies, frameworks, and development practices.

Skills you will have fine-tuned:

• Frontend: React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, SASS/LESS, Bootstrap

• UI Engineering: Responsive/mobile-first design, reusable components, design systems, CSS Grid/Flexbox, pixel-perfect development

• UI/UX & Performance: Figma/Adobe XD, design tokens, design handoff, asset optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, performance profiling

• Accessibility & Integration: WCAG 2.1, Semantic HTML/ARIA, cross-browser/device compatibility, REST/JSON, authentication & form validation

• Testing & Quality: UI regression, unit & integration testing

• Tools: Git/GitHub, Webpack/Vite, Babel, npm/Yarn, browser developer tools

• Engineering Practices: Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, clean code, code reviews, secure coding, documentation & performance optimization
