​Junior Data Integration Engineer​

We are seeking a Junior Data Engineer (Data Integration) to help build and support reliable data pipelines using Python and SQL. You will work with a team that values clean code, practical delivery and steady learning as you troubleshoot data issues and grow your skills across ETL, CI/CD and cloud-ready engineering.

Responsibilities

• ​​Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows using Python and SQL
• ​Troubleshoot data issues, identify root causes and implement fixes
• ​Write clean, well-documented code and follow engineering best practices
• ​Support releases by using tools and practices like version control, CI/CD and containerization
• ​Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to understand data needs and delivery priorities
• ​Monitor pipeline performance and improve reliability and efficiency
• ​Keep up with new data engineering practices and apply learnings to day-to-day work

Requirements

• ​​Hands-on experience using Python for data processing or automation
• ​Strong SQL skills including joins, aggregations and query optimization basics
• ​Understanding of ETL concepts and how data moves across systems
• ​Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) approaches such as Agile or Waterfall
• ​Problem-solving skills with attention to detail when working with data quality issues
• ​Clear communication when explaining issues, progress and tradeoffs
• ​Ability to learn quickly and adopt new tools and ways of working​

Nice to have

• ​​Exposure to data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling basics
• ​Familiarity with orchestration tools used for scheduling and integration (for example, Apache Airflow)
• ​Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)​
