Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI Solutions)
- Location: Providence, RI (Onsite 4 days/week, Remote Fridays)
- Compensation: $123,000-$150,000 base salary
- Bonus: 15% bonus opportunity
- W2 Permanent / Full-Time position with our long-term client near Providence

We're seeking a Senior (Full Stack) Software Engineer to help design and develop custom digital products that improve operational efficiency, automate processes, and accelerate innovation across a growing manufacturing organization.

What You'll Do
- Design, build, deploy, and support custom software applications and digital solutions
- Utilize AI-assisted and agentic development tools to accelerate development and innovation
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify challenges, prototype solutions, and rapidly iterate based on feedback
- Develop web applications, dashboards, reporting tools, workflows, and data-driven business applications
- Integrate enterprise data, databases, and APIs to create scalable solutions
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI and automation technologies
- Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with software development
- Lead and mentor a small team of engineers
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks such as:
- C#/.NET
- Python
- Java
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- React
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SQL, databases, APIs, and enterprise application integration
- Experience leading developers or providing technical leadership
- Ability to work directly with business users and translate requirements into practical solutions
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or operations experience
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Power BI, Power Platform, or data visualization experience
- Experience with AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, or advanced analytics
- Experience modernizing legacy applications and reducing reliance on third-party SaaS solutions
