We are seeking a Senior Data Integration Engineer to shape trusted, analytics-ready account datasets by transforming raw interaction and telemetry data into consistent models and metrics. You will partner closely with stakeholders to enable reliable reporting and AI-ready semantic foundations.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade data models that represent account health, engagement velocity, and intent signals
- Integrate structured and unstructured sources into consistent account-level dimensions and facts
- Establish shared modeling patterns, naming conventions, and metric definitions to reduce ambiguity across datasets
- Build and maintain a semantic layer that standardizes metric computation across analytical tools
- Prepare clean, context-rich datasets optimized for retrieval, search, and reasoning by AI-driven workflows
- Implement automated tests, schema validations, and freshness monitoring to improve data reliability
- Coordinate access controls, auditability, and governance practices for sensitive pipeline and interaction data
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to document lineage, ownership, and usage guidance for key datasets
- Deliver self-service models and documentation that help analysts and product teams query confidently
- Contribute to sprint planning, design reviews, and technical standards to ensure predictable delivery
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data architecture roles
- Strong project delivery skills working in agile sprints, contributing to planning and design reviews
- Advanced SQL expertise with window functions, CTEs, complex joins, and query optimization
- Strong Snowflake expertise with performance tuning, access control, and platform features such as Time Travel and zero-copy cloning
- Production dbt experience building modular projects with macros, tests, incremental models, and snapshots
- Strong data modeling skills in Kimball dimensional modeling, including star schemas and SCD patterns
- Solid version control skills with Git workflows, code reviews, and CI-based validation
- Strong communication skills to document datasets, align on definitions, and support self-service usage
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
Nice to have
- Experience building BI analytics and visualization models for Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Data governance experience with metadata and lineage tools such as Alation, Collibra, DataHub, or dbt Docs
- Gen AI application development experience using Snowflake Cortex functions such as embeddings, search, or LLM utilities
- Python for data analytics experience with Pandas for data manipulation or automation
- RAG applications development knowledge including chunking strategies and retrieval-augmented generation
