Our team is passionate about technology’s role in transforming care delivery and making it more equitable, accessible, efficient, cost-effective and navigable for all.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Brief Overview &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;The Senior Manager, QA Engineering is a Quality Engineering leader responsible for developing people, advancing engineering quality practices, and driving scalable quality capabilities across the organization. This leader owns the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes of the QA Tools practice, including automation frameworks, CI/CD quality enablement, and quality insights, while leading and developing Quality Engineers supporting product teams. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Through strong technical leadership, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional partnership, this role helps build shared ownership of quality and enables teams to deliver reliable, high-quality experiences for our customers. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;You are a strategic, proactive leader who creates clarity from ambiguity and takes ownership of outcomes. You understand technology deeply enough to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and guide experienced engineers without needing to be the person writing the code.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;You build strong relationships and know how to garner buy-in without requiring consensus. You communicate the “why,” listen to different perspectives, make thoughtful trade-offs, and move teams toward clear decisions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;You are pragmatic and adaptable.
