When a guest lands on a restaurant&#x27;s site, we want them to find what they&#x27;re craving, trust what they see, and check out without friction, whether or not the owner ever touches a setting.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As we scale, we&#x27;re expanding our product engineering leadership to ship faster, raise the bar on the guest ordering experience, and build the systems that make it work across thousands of restaurants. As the Engineering Manager for OLO, you&#x27;ll lead a team of full-stack engineers building the guest web ordering experience, from menu, cart and checkout to promotions, photos, and the menu quality systems that make about 10,000 merchant-written menus convert like they were designed by a pro. Next, we&#x27;re taking OLO to enterprise and multi-location brands, and pushing guest conversion toward 10% through disciplined experimentation.
