Oxylabs' Platform is the backbone that lets the rest of engineering move fast and ship reliably. Our code-first approach values solving problems through programming rather than manual processes, and we're impelmenting AI-powered tooling to further enhance our capabilities. We value effective delegation, timely delivery, and incremental improvements. You'll have a significant influence on our DevOps practices and tooling choices.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead one of our existing Platform teams (infra/DevOps) and keep delivery consistent and predictable.
  • Own people leadership - hire, mentor, and develop engineers while keeping the team healthy and performing.
  • Manage capacity, risk, and dependencies: plan realistically, unblock the team quickly, and handle escalations early.
  • Align scope and priorities with the Director of Infrastructure, keeping stakeholders aligned and avoiding churn.
  • Strengthen predictable operations - make sure ownership, incident flow, and escalation paths are clear and well-practiced.

    • Your skills & experience:

  • Proven experience leading an engineering team (hiring, coaching, performance, delivery ownership).
  • Strong stakeholder management: can translate business needs into a clear plan and keep people aligned.
  • Pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset: can make trade-offs, push standards, and improve reliability without slowing the team down.

    • Nice to have:

  • Background in platform infrastructure.
  • Hands on Engineering experience.

  • Gross salary: 5500 EUR/month - 7600 EUR/gross. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
