Infrastructure Engineer - Azure

Key Technical Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure and Networking — Hub-Spoke architecture, VNets, subnets, NSGs, UDRs, Azure Firewall, Private Endpoints, Private DNS, VPN/ExpressRoute and Application Gateway.
• Expert-level Bicep/IaC experience — must be proficient in writing reusable Bicep modules and using Bicep to provision Azure infrastructure such as VNets, AKS, ACR, Key Vault, Storage, Private Endpoints, Application Gateway, monitoring resources, etc.
• Strong AKS/Kubernetes experience, including cluster administration, deployments and production troubleshooting.
• Must be highly proficient in writing and troubleshooting Kubernetes YAML/manifest files — Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, Jobs, etc.
• Strong ability to work with developers during production issues, analyze application/Kubernetes logs, identify root causes and troubleshoot application, infrastructure and networking problems.
• Strong network troubleshooting skills — DNS, routing, NSGs, firewall rules, private endpoints, ports, ingress/load balancers and end-to-end connectivity.
• Hands-on Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) experience, including host pools, session hosts, FSLogix, sizing, provisioning and user troubleshooting.
• Strong Azure Data Factory experience — Linked Services, Integration Runtime/SHIR, private connectivity, Azure SQL and Snowflake integrations.
• Experience with MuleSoft integrations, Key Vault, secrets/certificates and secure connectivity.
• Strong CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions/Workflows, including infrastructure and Kubernetes deployments.
• Strong production support and incident management experience, including P1/P2 troubleshooting, RCA and performance analysis.
• Very good hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Prometheus/Grafana and KQL.
• Must be comfortable writing and running KQL queries to investigate application errors, infrastructure issues, AKS logs, performance problems, failures and production incidents.
