Manos focuses on healthcare-adjacent verticals, including dental, medical, and veterinary software.

The Opportunity

As a Software Developer, you'll design, build, and ship features across our platforms. You'll work closely with product owners, QA, and support to take well-scoped requirements from design through to production, and you'll have real input into how those requirements get shaped in the first place. We're rebuilding our engineering practices as we scale post-acquisition, so you'll help set the standard for code quality, review, and release process — not just follow one that's already fixed in stone.

What Success Looks Like

During your first year, you'll:

• Ship a meaningful body of production code across platforms.
• Build a track record of reliable, well-tested releases with minimal regressions.
• Partner effectively with product owners, QA, and support across the full SDLC.
• Debug and resolve production issues efficiently, with clear root-cause analysis.
• Contribute ideas that improve our engineering practices as we scale.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, test, and ship features across the platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate actively in code review.
• Debug and resolve production issues, partnering with support and QA as needed.
• Work closely with product owners to clarify requirements and flag technical tradeoffs early.
• Follow and help improve our SDLC practices (branching, review, release, QA).
• Participate in technical design discussions and architecture decisions for your area.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

We're far more interested in judgment, ownership, and coachability than checking every box.

You'll likely be successful if you have:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in SaaS or a high-growth product company.
• Comfort working across the full SDLC — from requirements through code review to release and support.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, and the discipline to write tests that hold up in production.
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders when clarifying requirements.
• A bias toward shipping: you'd rather get a well-scoped version live and iterate than wait for perfect.
• A commitment to iterative development: you build for today with tomorrow in mind, favoring designs and architecture decisions that stay easy to change as requirements evolve.
• The ability to pivot quickly as market needs shift, implementing sound design decisions in both code and SDLC process.

Technical Requirements

Clubspeed and Resova run on two distinct architectures, so the specific stack depends on which

product area you join. You'll likely draw on some combination of:

• Languages & frameworks: C# and VB.NET (.NET Framework, ASP.NET Core / Web API), PHP/Laravel, TypeScript/Node.js (Express, Next.js), and Angular.
• Databases: SQL Server and MySQL.
• Cloud & infrastructure: AWS (ECS, SQS, S3, CloudFront, SSM Parameter Store), Docker and GitHub Actions CI/CD, alongside Windows Server/IIS for our on-prem systems.
• Payments: experience integrating with payment gateway APIs (e.g., Stripe, Adyen) is a strong plus, given how central integrated payments are to our platform.
• Deep expertise in any one of these isn't required — comfort moving between modern cloud-native services and established on-prem/monolithic systems matters more than prior experience with our exact stack
