DQA Engineer (Enterprise Cloud Gateway)

Responsibilities

• Validate system functionality, design, compatibility, performance, and stress capacity; capable of completing the verification independently
• Execute switch hardware test items (4 Corner / Power Cycling / PSE Conformance / Eload testing / 2nd Source Test).
• Analyze test data, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
• Optimize testing processes through improved methodologies, tools, and test program development.
• Establish and maintain test environments.

Requirement

• Responsible for hardware system function testing (HW System Test) of Enterprise & Data Center Switches/Gateways.
• Proficient in using a multimeter, thermal chamber, data logger, and EMC compliance equipment.
• Experience in hardware or design quality testing.
• Experience in environmental stress testing, particularly thermal and reliability systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with knowledge of networking, radio, and Linux.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data center Ethernet switch setup, full-load stress testing, and system validation (100G/200G/400G/800G).

• Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, thermal chambers, power supplies, Ethernet traffic analyzers, and electronic loads.
• Experience in PoE testing, ESD, thermal testing, power consumption testing, RMA failure analysis and tracking, reliability testing, 2nd source verification, and mechanical inspection.
• Strong emotional intelligence and excellent cross-departmental communication skills.
