About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will anchor the delivery of scalable, high-performance web and cloud-based systems across complex enterprise domains. Serving as a technical backbone, you will lead end-to-end feature development from crafting modular, server-rendered frontend experiences in React and Next.js to architecting resilient cloud backends on AWS. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating technical trade-offs, designing robust microservices, and supporting production systems with a strong emphasis on reliability and fault tolerance.

This role is critical to transforming intricate business requirements into production-grade applications that drive client growth and operational excellence. Collaborating closely within agile PODs alongside product managers and cross-functional engineers, you will champion system design best practices, optimize relational database performance, and build fault-tolerant architectures capable of scaling seamlessly under high load.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and scale decoupled microservices architectures, evaluating technical trade-offs across data consistency, failure scenarios, and latency requirements.
• Build modern, SSR/SSG web interfaces using React and Next.js, leveraging TypeScript to create performant, reusable component libraries and seamless user workflows.
• Optimize complex relational database schemas, indexing strategies, and deeply structured SQL queries to eliminate bottlenecks and guarantee data integrity at scale.
• Anchor cloud-native backend development on AWS, establishing scalable integration patterns, event-driven pipelines, and robust production monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and support high-availability production environments, driving root-cause analysis and optimizing systems for failure recovery and horizontal scale.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to influence technical roadmaps, mentor engineers on system design principles, and lead features end-to-end with full ownership.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of professional experience in full-stack engineering delivering resilient, production-grade applications.
• Core Frontend Expertise: Advanced React and Next.js experience utilizing TypeScript, modern state management, and SSR/SSG patterns.
• SQL & Data Depth: Expert-level SQL proficiency with deep knowledge of schema design, indexing, execution plans, and query optimization in databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• System & Microservices Design: Proven track record in microservices architecture, distributed system trade-off analysis (e.g., CAP theorem, caching strategies, asynchronous messaging), and failure mitigation.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Strong hands-on experience on AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ownership Mindset: Demonstrated ability to drive features from discovery to deployment while effectively communicating trade-offs to business and technical stakeholders.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing streaming, event-driven, or messaging architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS).
• Exposure to real-time data processing, orchestration frameworks, or complex domain-driven design (DDD).
• Direct experience in enterprise ERPs, aviation, logistics, or high-throughput transaction environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and advanced observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus).
