Java Fullstack Developer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll own business solutions end-to-end, from understanding the need to designing, implementing, and maintaining the solution. This is a hands-on position for an all-around developer who understands the business behind the code and can turn that understanding into scalable technical solutions. What You'll Do:

- Implement and optimize scalable, distributed backend architectures to support business requirements.
- Monitor and improve backend performance.
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain applications, including UIs.
- Document application changes and develop updates.
- Participate closely with the product and design team, understanding needs and designing solutions.

What we are looking for:

- 7+ years of experience as a Java developer.
- 4+ years of experience using Spring Boot.
- 2+ years of experience with front-end development.
- Background in cloud environments.
- Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

- Experience with event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with React.
- Experience with AWS.
