We need a Technical Writer, amazing at creating clear, concise and user-friendly documentation. Help us support our clients, developers and personnel through documentation that provides technical information, processes, system features in the form of user-guides, technical integration guides and online help content for the platforms and solutions that we provide.

What You Will Do

• Write and maintain Knowledge Based articles targeted at customers and internal users for our newest flagship product Farsight®.
• Help us build and lead the technical writing and support functions for this new product
• Provide online support through Intercom or similar as needed
• Help us onboard our existing technical support team towards the new processes and product

About You

• Smart and gets things done
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills in English
• Professional knowledge of French, German, Italian, Japanese or Spanish is a plus
• You have 5+ years experience as a technical writer or as support leader
• You have a strong understanding of software development and support processes
• Professional knowledge or prior involvement in renewable energy is a plus
• You have a 4-hour overlap with CET/CEST time zones as our teams are globally distributed
• You can travel to Italy within three months of hiring so we can get to know you
