AI Engineer (Shenzhen/ English speaking)

We are looking for a AI Engineer to join a Shipping SaaS Platform. This isn’t just a "prompt engineering" role—you will work at the intersection of deep mathematics and production-grade engineering to build, optimize, and scale LLM-powered systems that solve tangible problems. Reporting to manager based in the US.

What You’ll Do

• Design and ship end-to-end AI solutions powered by the latest Large Language Models.

• Use your background in mathematics and optimization to make our models faster, smarter, and more efficient.

• Build robust pipelines for fine-tuning and evaluating models at scale.

• Rapidly prototype via prompt engineering and tuning to find the best path forward.

• Keep us at the cutting edge by integrating the latest NLP and LLM breakthroughs.

Your Technical Toolkit

• Fluency in Python and deep experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• A solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and mathematical optimization (convex, gradient-based, etc.).

• Experience with vector databases, RAG, embeddings, and cloud-based API deployments.
