Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a project focused on rolling out a shared AI code-review system across the client's GitHub repositories. This engagement builds on prior EngX assessment and GitHub Actions pilot work, reusing a shared pipeline library from a parallel Bitbucket-to-GitHub migration project, and encompasses a review panel of AI reviewers, a source-code exploration accelerator, pipeline integration, and rollout governance.

Responsibilities

• Build the shared review workflow that every repository can call, and connect it to the existing CI pipeline without one-off changes per repo
• Set up and run Talk to Your Code, EPAM's accelerator for source-code exploration and analysis, on Kubernetes
• Connect Talk to Your Code to a database and ensure it follows AWS infrastructure standards
• Keep Talk to Your Code reachable only from inside the company network
• Ensure the runner infrastructure can handle the load of up to seven AI checks per pull request
• Track infrastructure usage from day one as the project's top risk area
• Write operating runbooks for the system
• Support the week 1 kickoff, week 7 and week 11 check-ins, and the final handover in week 13
• Version-control reviewer rules and prompts and release them like any other shared code
• Maintain one approved list of what is allowed to run across the review system

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering
• Expertise in GitHub Actions, including shared workflows and self-hosted runners
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker
• Skills in infrastructure-as-code on AWS, such as Terraform
• Experience in setting up private, secure network access
• Background in building CI/CD pipelines across different tech stacks, including Node/React, .NET, and Python
• Familiarity with code-quality tools like SonarQube or Snyk
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Knowledge of databases, such as PostgreSQL
