Senior .NET Developer

We're looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our team in London, United Kingdom in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will contribute to building high-quality, scalable software solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and development teams to ensure timely, reliable, and efficient delivery. Your expertise in C#, strong T-SQL skills, and cloud technologies will help us design and maintain solutions that drive business impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality software and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to implement robust solutions
• Provide accurate estimates and delivery timelines for software features
• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks across the SDLC
• Build unit tests and follow test-driven development practices
• Deliver clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with coding standards
• Automate recurring tasks using appropriate tools and scripting
• Mentor junior developers through design guidance and code reviews
• Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions
• Ensure software complies with modern technologies and best practices

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in professional software development
• Proven experience delivering complex software solutions in leadership capacity
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and testing methodologies
• Expertise in C# and strong T-SQL experience, including query optimization and schema design
• Extensive knowledge of relational databases and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and cloud-native services
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Git, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in Agile environments

Nice to have

• Experience in financial markets or regulated industries
• Strong knowledge of security and compliance standards
• Background in cloud migration and microservices design
• Familiarity with DevOps and SRE best practices
• Experience designing cloud solutions or architecture
