What You Will Do

• Leading: Lead and coordinate the mobile development team, making sure things run smoothly and goals are met.

• Architect & Scale: Make architectural decisions and keep our solutions aligned with business and tech needs. Take ownership of maintaining our current app portfolio and help drive the move toward a new architecture.

• Drive Engineering Excellence: Champion testability across the codebase and actively participate in architecture-level decision-making.

• Collaborate & Plan: Engage deeply in technical grooming, sprint planning, and estimation sessions to align engineering efforts with product goals.

• Innovate: Introduce fresh, forward-thinking ideas to improve engineering processes, workflows, and overall product quality.

• Mentor & Lead: Improve how the team works: contribute to planning, grooming, tech discussions, and estimations.Review code regularly, share feedback, and help team members grow through coaching and support. Promote knowledge sharing and encourage new ideas and best practices across the team.

• Document: Support and improve comprehensive product documentation to ensure seamless team alignment and knowledge sharing.

What You Bring

• Leadership & Experience: Experience leading a development team or playing a senior role with team responsibilities. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Mobile Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on mobile development experience (Android or iOS), with at least 4+ years of dedicated Flutter development and a proven track record of launching apps in the App Store or Google Play.

• Core Skills: Deep proficiency in Dart (including Dart streams / RxDart) and a solid command of OOP and SOLID principles.

• Architectural Mastery: Strong foundational knowledge of mobile architecture principles, RESTful APIs, and WebSockets.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with native technologies (Kotlin, Java, or Swift).

• Familiarity with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Hands-on experience with Unit and Functional testing for mobile applications.
