DevOps Engineer with LoanIQ

Project description

A hands-on engineer focused on stability, support, and continuous improvement, ensuring the platform delivered by the build phase remains robust and efficient. Own the run, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the LoanIQ platform, ensuring stability, performance, and efficient ongoing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement CI/CD pipelines (build, test, deploy) aligned to SDLC controls
• Establish environment strategy (Dev, UAT, Pre-Prod, Prod) and promotion model
• Drive DevOps standards and best practices (automation, security, observability)
• Integrate LoanIQ with enterprise tooling (identity, monitoring, secrets management)
• Work closely with application, DB, and vendor teams to orchestrate initial setup
• Ensure security, auditability, and compliance are embedded in all pipelines
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to POD engineers

SKILLS

Must have

• Technical:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure operations (compute, networking, storage)
• Experience supporting LoanIQ or similar enterprise banking systems
• Experience running and supporting CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting across:
• Infrastructure
• Application deployments
• Integration points
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and incident management
• Knowledge of configuration management and automation tools

  Support & Operations:

• Ability to resolve incidents quickly and systematically
• Strong understanding of system reliability and performance tuning

  Ways of Working:

• Agile team participation and collaboration across Dev, QA, and business
• Continuous improvement mindset
