About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a New Grad Engineer who is excited about mobile development, AI, and product building.
You don't need years of industry experience or a long list of shipped products.
What matters more is that you have strong engineering fundamentals, learn quickly, actively use AI tools, and enjoy turning ideas into working products.
We want engineers who don't just ask: “How do I implement this?” but also: “Why are we building this? What does the user actually need? Can AI make this experience better?”

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and ship mobile features on iOS and/or Android
  • Use AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex to improve development speed, debugging, and code quality
  • Work closely with product and design to turn ideas into real experiences
  • Explore AI-native mobile experiences such as:
    • Conversational interfaces
    • AI assistants
    • Intelligent recommendations
    • Automated workflows
    • LLM / AI API integrations
  • Use user feedback and product data to improve features
  • Gradually take ownership of features from idea → implementation → launch → iteration

What We Look For In You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong programming fundamentals
  • Experience with mobile development through coursework, internships, personal projects, or open source
  • Strong learning ability and willingness to pick up new technologies quickly
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools, or a strong interest in building an AI-assisted development workflow
  • Product curiosity beyond pure implementation
  • Ability to make progress independently instead of waiting for detailed instructions
  • Strong curiosity about AI and emerging technologies

Nice to Haves

  • iOS experience with Swift / SwiftUI / Objective-C
  • Android experience with Kotlin / Jetpack Compose
  • Personal projects, hackathons, open-source contributions, or indie products
  • Internship experience in mobile, AI, or consumer products
  • Experience with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools
  • Experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs, or agents into a project

  • The salary range for this position is $94,413 to $141,620
  • The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
