The role

We’re looking for a Head of Finance to architect the financial future of Pact and its affiliated entities—spanning a venture-backed tech company, a merchant bank, and regulated financial vehicles operating in high-growth, high-complexity jurisdictions.

You will own and build finance from first principles: leading treasury, FP&A, compliance, audit, and investor reporting across both fiat and digital rails. This role is both strategic and hands-on—ideal for someone who thrives at the edge of innovation and execution, and is fluent in both the language of DeFi and the discipline of institutional finance.

This is a critical executive role, reporting directly to the President and working closely with our consortium, investors, and global partners. We’re seeking someone who can scale a dynamic financial organization and who sees frontier markets and crypto rails not as risks, but as opportunities.
