We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate QA Engineer II to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications through comprehensive test planning, execution, defect management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The candidate should have strong functional testing skills and an understanding of modern QA practices and automation concepts.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Experience in testing Web and Mobile applications.

• Good knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.

• Experience with defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  
  Additional Skills

• Exposure to test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or similar frameworks.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Previous experience in retail, loyalty, eCommerce, ordering, or payment platforms.

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

• Create, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.

• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.

• Execute testing for Web, Mobile (iOS/Android), and API-based applications.

• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect tracking tools.

• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.

• Participate in sprint planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.

• Validate production releases and conduct post-release verification activities.

• Support UAT activities and assist stakeholders in issue investigation.

• Contribute to test automation initiatives and continuous quality improvement.

• Maintain test documentation and provide regular status reports.

AI-Assisted Test Design & Test Case Generation

• Good to have using of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot Chat, and Claude to generate test scenarios, edge cases, and test data.

• Ability to validate and refine AI-generated test artifacts for accuracy and coverage.
