What You´ll Do
- Define and develop test setups, procedures, and test routines on component, module, and system-level.
- Perform RF measurements and characterization across the product development lifecycle.
- Analyse, evaluate and interpret measurement data
- Create documentation and test reports
- Collaborate closely with RF, hardware, software, and system engineers to support design validation and troubleshooting
- Manage and handle calibration, repair and purchases of measurement equipment in collaboration with other team members
- Conduct evaluations and performance testing in both laboratory and field environments.
- Support prototype bring-up, debugging, and integration activities.
Requirements
What You´ll Need
- Strong knowledge of RF measurement techniques and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience with RF measurement equipment is a must
- Solid understanding of RF theory, RF components, and RF system architectures.
- Structured and organized working style with the ability to prioritize tasks based on impact and project needs.
- Ability to document, communicate, and present technical results effectively.
- Practical experience assembling, integrating, and troubleshooting RF systems.
- Experience with test automation using scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, or a related field is preferred.
