The Role

Are you looking for a place where your work makes an impact? We are seeking a talented Cloud CRM Consultant to join our amazing, fast-paced team of experts in Hungary.
The Senior Cloud CRM Consultant is a member of our Commercial Managed Services team who provides ongoing professional service for customers live with Veeva’s commercial solutions.
You will provide application consulting and serve as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and built to drive business value primarily on the Vault CRM application, but will potentially develop expertise across other Commercial products. You will identify customer requirements, perform configuration changes to the system, activate new product features and act as an advising partner.
This is a remote, full-time role with Veeva. Candidates must be legally authorised to be employed in Europe. Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status for this employment position. There may be travel opportunities at select times of the year for internal events.

What You'll Do

  • Translates complex business needs into overarching technical designs
  • Proactively drive customers towards Veeva and industry best practices
  • Understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
  • Perform system configuration changes and data migrations
  • Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure client satisfaction

    • Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions (e.g. CRM)
  • Experience working in a customer facing and/or consulting role and managing customer expectations
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong desire to continuously learn and develop
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently

    • Nice to Have

  • Technical CRM experience, ideally Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP or equivalent
  • Experience working in the Life-Sciences industry
  • Experience with Veeva commercial portfolio

  • Total compensation: 18,000,000 - 33,000,000 HUF
  • The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
