Pay: $88-$90 DOE

The Planet Group is looking for a Full Stack Developer - Data Apps to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12-months contract, working a remote schedule, but must be local to Culver City, CA.

Full Stack Developer - Data Apps | Qualifications:

• Strong frontend engineering experience building responsive, production-grade web applications with React
• Experience developing middleware and backend services with Node.js
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python as primary programming languages
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications on AWS cloud services, including S3, ECS, ECR, API Gateway, and Application Load Balancer (ALB)
• Experience with infrastructure as code using AWS CDK for provisioning and managing cloud resources
• Sound knowledge of designing data systems and Data Services APIs
• Deep understanding of database systems, both relational and NoSQL
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, testing, and version control (Git)
• Ability to work independently, own features end to end, and collaborate across product and analytics teams

Full Stack Developer - Data Apps | Description:

• As a Full Stack Developer - Data Apps, you will design & develop end-to-end data applications spanning interactive frontends, middleware services, and data-serving APIs.
• You will build intuitive user interfaces that make complex data products accessible, and engineer the services and cloud infrastructure that power them at scale.
• Your applications will build stakeholder trust and work to automate many manual processes to increase the overall efficiency of marketing.
• You will work closely with Engineering leaders and the product, solutions and analytics teams to understand product features, design engineering solutions, and drive end to end execution.
• You will also be the primary point of contact for any engineering support during business hours (PST).
