[NSVN] Security Engineer (Network + Pentest + System)

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

• Position: Security Engineer
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Workplace: ICON4 Tower, 243A De La Thanh, Lang Ward, Hanoi
• Experience Required: 1–3 years
• Salary: Up to 25 million VND
• Hiring Headcount: 03 Full-time + 01 Intern

2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, deploy, and manage security solutions in one of the following domains:
  o Network-based: NGFW, VPN, IPS, Load Balancer, Security Gateway
  o System-based: NSPM, DLP, DSPM, Certificate Manager, etc.
  o Pentest-based: EDR/XDR, AI Security, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence
  o Candidates are not required to have experience in all solution groups. Assignments will be based on each candidate’s strengths and technical background.
• Configure and install devices and systems within assigned solution domains.
• Support customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to assigned security solutions.
• Integrate logging/database-related solutions such as SIEM (Splunk, ELK, or equivalent).
• Prepare technical documentation required for projects.
• Coordinate with vendors for deployment and technical support activities.
• Participate in POC (Proof of Concept), testing, and performance optimization for infrastructure security solutions.
• Present, report, and summarize assigned tasks periodically to management and customers.

3. REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:
o Network administration and Network Security platforms
o Linux/Windows platforms, including installation and operation of open-source systems such as Ubuntu, Debian, and CentOS
o Security solutions such as EDR/XDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, and penetration testing tools

• Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, SSL, etc.).
• English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 550+ or IELTS 5.0+.
• Strong problem-solving skills, customer-oriented mindset, and teamwork spirit.
• Possession of at least one of the following certifications is an advantage:
  CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE, Fortinet NSE4+, Check Point CCSA/CCSE, MCSA & MCSE (Microsoft), CEH, or equivalent.
• Experience working in banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure security management.
• Basic knowledge of database/application security (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with virtualization and cloud environments (VMware, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) for automation purposes.
