The Apple Supply Chain Automation, Insights and Monitoring team has developed a 23-month graduate programme designed to prepare you for tackling some of the most complex challenges in global supply chain management!
This programme will give you exposure to key areas such as advanced analytics, software development, machine learning, optimization, and automation. As a participant, you will begin your journey with us at Apple’s European Supply Chain Headquarters in Cork, Ireland, where you’ll train alongside industry-leading professionals. Here, we will provide you with a mix of on-the-job learning, mentoring, and formal training in cutting-edge supply chain technologies. Our Supply Chain Automation, Insights and Monitoring team is dedicated to solving complex global supply chain challenges using advanced technology and innovative solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- BSc (Hons), M.Sc, or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, final-year graduate and postgraduate students on track to achieve a minimum of a 2.1, graduating in 2026 or 2027 and available to begin July 5, 2027
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Experience in developing machine learning models or optimization algorithms.
- Understanding of data processing pipelines, ETL processes, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
- Proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale relational databases.
- Exposure to supply chain management concepts or operations research.
- Experience with DevOps tools, containerization (e.g., Docker), and version control
- systems (e.g., Git).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
