About WON
WON redesigns how a business works: what its customers experience on the outside, and how its operation runs on the inside. We do that for retail and consumer brands, travel, hospitality, financial services, and private equity portfolios. We are not a consultancy that separates the thinking from the doing, and we are not a platform company with something to sell you. Those two halves are our two disciplines: Experience Intelligence and Operational Intelligence.
This role sits inside the firm rather than on client work. As WON scales, the constraint is not strategic or creative output, it is how much manual effort still sits between our teams and the information they need. The first wave is a set of internal agent pilots across go to market and sales, project management and delivery, internal communications, recruiting dashboards, and skills and training.
AI powers the systems. Judgment powers what gets automated and how. Anyone can wire up a workflow. The job is knowing which manual process is actually worth automating, building it so it holds up in production, and making the people using it trust it enough to rely on it.
This role reports directly to the AI Practices Lead and executes within the automation roadmap they set.
What You’ll Own
Execution of the automation roadmap set by the AI Practices Lead: you are the builder who turns priorities into working systems, alongside the teams who will use them
Agent pilots for go to market and sales, from pipeline and outreach workflows to the information a sales conversation depends on
Project management and delivery automation, including how work status, timelines, handoffs, and team capacity move through the firm
Internal communications systems that cut the manual coordination overhead slowing delivery down
Recruiting dashboards, and the pipeline tracking and candidate communication feeding them
Skills and training systems: the internal enablement that gets teams genuinely adopting what you build instead of reverting to the manual version
How Success Is Measured
Agent pilots on the roadmap ship and go live, on the timeline the AI Practices Lead sets
What you build is trusted and used daily by the teams it serves, not abandoned after launch
Manual, repetitive work measurably decreases across go to market, delivery, communications, and recruiting
Teams operate what you built without routing every change back through you, and the documentation gets used rather than written and forgotten
Systems keep running: low-maintenance and stable in production, and you become the person teams go to when a manual process is costing them real time
What You’ll Bring
Demonstrated experience building automation and internal tooling in a production environment, with strong systems thinking: you can map how information and work actually move through an organization, not just build one workflow in isolation
Experience with dashboarding and reporting tooling
Can explain why a given process is worth automating and why a specific solution is the right one, not just that it works
You can teach: comfortable running a working session and writing documentation a non-engineer can follow, because adoption is part of the build
Comfortable working across go to market, delivery, recruiting, and leadership to understand what a process needs before automating it
English fluency sufficient for daily collaboration with a US-based team
Bonus points: AI and LLM tooling and agent workflows beyond scripting or RPA; recruiting or HR-adjacent automation; agency, professional services, or client-delivery environments; standing up systems from scratch in a lean environment
How We Work
Automation is treated as core infrastructure, not a side project squeezed between other work
AI and automation exist to eliminate manual, repetitive work, not to replace judgment about what is worth automating
Systems are built to be used and trusted, not to demo well once
Adoption is part of the build. A system the team needs you to run is not finished
A defined roadmap and direct collaboration with the AI Practices Lead, on a nearshore contract built for someone who wants to own the build rather than take tickets
If you want to be the person who quietly makes an entire firm run better because of the systems you built, we’d love to meet you.
