JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Design, develop, and maintain frontend components for live casino games using ReactJS as the primary framework.
· Implement advanced graphics and animations with PixiJS and Spine, ensuring smooth, visually stunning effects that enhance gameplay.
· Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications into functional, pixel-perfect implementations.
· Build and manage reusable UI components and design systems using Storybook for efficient development and documentation.
· Optimize applications for performance, focusing on rendering efficiency, load times, and resource management in browser environments.
· Ensure cross-device compatibility, including desktops, tablets, and mobiles, by addressing browser quirks, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
· Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues related to animations, interactivity, and real-time features in live gaming scenarios.
· Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous integration processes to maintain high code quality.
· Mentor junior developers and share best practices in frontend development, animation techniques, and performance tuning.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
· 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a proven track record in building complex web applications.
· Expertise in ReactJS, including hooks, state management (e.g., Redux or Context API), and component lifecycle.
· Strong proficiency in PixiJS for 2D rendering and Spine for skeletal animations, with experience implementing intricate, performance-optimized animations.
· Hands-on experience with Storybook for component-driven development and UI testing.
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs.
· Deep knowledge of web performance optimization techniques, such as lazy loading, code splitting, and profiling tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools).
· Solid understanding of device compatibility, including responsive design (CSS media queries, Flexbox/Grid), cross-browser testing, and handling touch/pointer events.
· Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues in real-time environments.
· Strong command of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication in team meetings, documentation, and stakeholder interactions.
· Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in the gaming industry, particularly with casino or real-time interactive applications.
· Knowledge of WebGL, Canvas, or other graphics APIs to complement PixiJS.
· Exposure to backend integration (e.g., WebSockets for live features) or full-stack concepts.
