Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer with 3+ years of experience in building high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter framework, Dart programming, and mobile application architecture, along with the ability to deliver scalable and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.

• Build reusable and efficient UI components with a focus on performance and scalability.

• Integrate APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best development practices.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

• Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance standards.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

• Deploy applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Flutter and Dart programming.

• Experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications (Android & iOS).

• Good understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).

• Experience with REST APIs and JSON integration.

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

• Experience with state management tools (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.).

• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

• Knowledge of mobile app performance optimization and debugging.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics).

• Understanding of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment.
