That machine is AO Protocol: on-chain settlement infrastructure for any business that holds float between the moment a customer pays and the moment a supplier is paid. Travel is where we start. It is not where this ends.
We have shipped V1. We have a live token. We now need someone to own the product surface that turns a working marketplace into an inevitable one.
The seat
Founding Product Manager. Broad by design.
You own the marketplace hosts and guests touch, and the protocol surfaces beneath it: settlement, payouts, dispute resolution. There is no product org to inherit. There is no playbook. You write it.
You will work directly with the founders, and alongside some of the most recognised names in this industry. We are not naming them yet. We will.
What the work is
- Own the roadmap across marketplace and protocol. Sequence it. Defend it.
- Turn a two-sided problem, host supply and guest demand, into things that ship.
- Work where product, money, and on-chain mechanics meet, and hold all three at once.
- Decide what to measure. Move it.
- Ship with a lean team. Talk to users more than to each other. Bring evidence.
Who this is for
You have shipped products real people used. You are comfortable where there is no process, because process is a thing you build, not a thing you wait for. You understand crypto well enough to be useful, or you will close that gap quickly and without being asked. You write plainly and decide fast.
You think incumbents got lazy. You would like to be in the room when that gets corrected.

About the Company
AtlasOra is the settlement layer for real-world commerce. Built on Base, the protocol is deployed first as a vacation rental marketplace operating at a 5.7% marketplace margin, against 20% or more at incumbent platforms. Underneath the marketplace, AO Protocol is infrastructure for any business with float between customer payment and supplier payout.
The $AORA token launched in May 2026 via Aerodrome. The marketplace is live for hosts, with hundreds of hosts onboarded at zero paid acquisition. This is a real travel company with a token underneath it.
We are a small, fast-moving team operating across three entities in Panama, the UK, and Estonia. We have built a great deal in twelve months: a live marketplace, an agentic host-acquisition system, an institutional content campaign, and a signed media partnership with Coinage.
