We are currently searching for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE):

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

  • Design and implement an effective and efficient CI/CD flow that gets code from dev to prod with high quality and minimal manual effort.
  • Apply a systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
  • Drive the adoption of development services (Performance Engineering, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Collaboration) amongst various delivery teams.
  • Debug and optimize code, and automate routine tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Manage relationships and deal with difficult situations involving many different stakeholders, making decisions with a sense of urgency.
  • Work across development, operations, and product teams to prioritize needs, build relationships, and push the boundaries of what can be done with automation.
  • Design, analyze, and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems.

Your Profile (Requirements)

  • BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven engineering experience with industry-standard CI/CD tools like Git/BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Groovy, and Chef.
  • Sound knowledge and extensive hands-on experience in cloud-based architecture (preferably in Azure and PCF).
  • Demonstrated experience with Java, J2EE, WebServices (SOAP/REST), Spring/Spring Boot, and Hibernate skills.
  • Solid understanding and experience with algorithms, data structures, scripting, pipeline management, and software design.
  • Experience working in an Agile Development Environment.
  • High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
  • Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

  • Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, Docker, and Kubernetes is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
  • Advanced Spanish.
